SDSU Counseling / Disabled Student Health Services

PROJECT DETAILS

Highland Partnership, Inc. was selected by the California State University Trustees to design and construct the Counseling / Disabled Student Health Services (CDSHS) building for San Diego State University. 

The project includes “turn-key” design and construction of the building, parking facilities, site development, site utilities, sidewalks, ramps, curbs, roadways, parking lots, lighting, landscaping and signage. The building site is .73 acres. As part of the project, existing tennis courts were removed and the area developed as landscaped open space. In addition, the project involved the development of a portion of "Aztec Walk" with decorative paving, lighting, site furniture and landscaping. The project contains a central courtyard, storage/receiving, pharmacy, accommodated testing offices, urgent care clinic, radiology and related functions.
